3. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, availability, or verification issues.
4. Delivery
Software products are delivered digitally. License keys and download instructions are typically sent via email within 1–3 business days.

5. Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of digital software licensing, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only available where required by Australian Consumer Law or in cases of defective or incorrect product delivery, and at the sole discretion of the Software Vendor.

Product functionality, updates, and technical support are provided by the respective software vendor. Viewlistic does not provide warranty beyond that offered by the vendor.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use the software.
